Triaxial diameter laser
Our state-of-the-art triaxial diameter measuring devices guarantee the highest precision in filament diameter and roundness, crucial for consistently high-quality 3D printing.
These devices significantly minimize errors and ovality deviations and offer unsurpassed accuracy (± [1µm + 0.008% of object diameter]) and a high resolution of 0.01 µm.
Our technology performs 30,000 scans per second, greatly reducing the risk of over-extrusion compared to biaxial measuring devices.
Specific test prints
Each batch of filament is extensively tested on desktop 3D printers to ensure consistent melt temperatures and excellent surface qualities.
Guaranteed traceability
We ensure full traceability of every coil, starting from checking raw materials to storing samples from each batch for long-term consistency assessment.
